11 – Título: Coca-Cola

No âmbito da comemoração dos 40 anos da Coca-Cola em Portugal, foram colocadas pelo país 20 garrafas “contour” gigantes (2,5 metros de altura) decoradas pelo artista Miguel Caeiro, em forma de reconhecimento da marca nestas quatro décadas em Portugal.

No distrito de Portalegre, Ponte de Sor foi a cidade escolhida para receber esta obra.

As part of the celebration of Coca-Cola’s 40th anniversary in Portugal, 20 giant “contour” bottles (2.5 meters high) decorated by the artist Miguel Caeiro, were placed throughout the country, in the form of brand recognition in these four decades in Portugal.

In the district of Portalegre, Ponte de Sor was the city chosen to receive this work.

Bio – PT

Miguel Caeiro, nasceu em Sintra em 1976 e adotou o nome artístico de Ram.

Começou a pintar ilegalmente nas ruas em 1997, sendo um percursor do graffiti e da arte urbana, tendo vindo a traçar uma linguagem totalmente original.

O seu trabalho reflete as influências do mundo natural e intocado e do mundo urbano e civilizado, criando uma nova visão.

A sua técnica foi evoluindo de formas pesadas e sólidas para o improviso, movimentos livres e fluidez.

A performance e a energia ganham expressão, levando-o para uma linguagem individual que parece selvagem e intocada e ainda assim meticulosa, precisa e extremamente equilibrada.

Com o passar do tempo, tem explorado diferentes meios, desde íntimas e detalhadas aguarelas, para grandes murais.

Miguel Caeiro, a.ka. Ram, was born in Sintra in 1976.

He began to paint illegally on the streets in 1997, being a precursor of graffiti and urban art, tracing a very original language.

His work reflects the influences of the natural and untouched world and the urban and civilized world, creating a new vision.

His technique evolved from heavy and solid forms to improvisation, free movement and fluidity.

Performance and energy gain expression, taking him to an individual language that seems wild and untouched and yet meticulous, precise and extremely balanced.

Over time, he has explored different media, from intimate and detailed watercolors, to large murals.
